Adopted*** VIOLET ***Adopted

Violet has been adopted and gone to her new home.  Have a great New Year, and long life, Violet!!

Violet is approx 1 ½ years old, she has papers for AKC registry but because the owners had no intention of breeding or showing her those papers were never finalized.  Violet is house trained, neutered, and knows basic commands such as ‘sit’ and ‘stay’.  She is great with children, dogs and though she annoys them, she likes cats too. Violet is a good dog, and the owners, unable to keep her, will not turn her over to a kill shelter - they simply believe that she deserves (as all animals do) a family devoted to her, a family who will bring out the very best in her.  Isn’t she just a beautiful Basset??

Adopted*** FRITZ ***Adopted

Fritz has gone to a great home where he has a big house, fenced in yard, and two children to play with. Only Mom made the picture as everyone else was in the car waiting for Fritz to get in!!

Fritz is a male, 2 year old, long haired Dachshund.  He weights 15 lbs, is housebroken, and very lively.  A great indoor dog, but still loves the outdoors.  Wouldn’t he make a great companion?

Adopted*** BUDDY ***Adopted

Buddy is now living with a veterinary student (and her roommate) and has a cat and another dog for siblings. The last we saw, he was sleeping safely on the bed and knows he has a forever home. Hurray!!

Buddy is a male, lab mix.  He is neutered, weighs 80-90 lbs and is a gentle giant. Buddy was found, and rescued while dodging traffic on a busy highway. You can tell he was somebody's baby and misses his family. He is anxious to have a new family to love!!

______

Adopted*** BLACKIE ***Adopted

Blackie has been adopted – details to follow…

Blackie is a one year old, female Spaniel mix (specific breeds unknown). She is about 35 lbs and has been spayed. She has a beautiful shiny coat and loves everybody.  Blackie was recently removed from a very dirty and dangerous environment.  She deserves a chance at life and would make a wonderful family pet.
